Prices exclude VAT and are valid for 7 days from date of issue, or while stocks last!
Quotation is subject to final sight of artwork provided.
Lead Times are normally 5-7 working days from signed order and approval of artwork, depending on the itemand subject to stock availability.
Lead Times are subject to stock availability at time of order and production will only commence once we have received signed artwork approval and a deposit.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are subject to material price increases, additional charges for authors corrections and overtime on rush jobs.
A charge will be levied for all pre-production samples or stock.
Imported items are US Dollar based and subject to change.
A 25% handling and restocking fee applies to orders cancelled within 48 hours after acceptance, this is subject to branding not having commenced.
After 48 hours from acceptance the purchaser is liable for 100% of the order value.
On manufactured items, there could be a variation in production of 5%, either over or under, this is commercially acceptable and will be invoiced accordingly.
Goods Delivered as per the signed POD must be checked by client within 24 hours and advised within this time period if there are any shortages or damages.
Living Promotions must be afforded a reasonable time period to correct any defective workmanship.
If Living Promotions (Pty) Ltd is unable to adhere to the delivery date due to delays beyond our control the client will be notified in advance and the reason for any such delay will be explained and a new delivery date will be agreed to. The revised production lead times will be recorded in writing and signed by both parties.
All Goods remain the property of Living Promotions (Pty) Ltd until paid in full.
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim for debt recovery costs if we are not paid according to the agreed terms. E.&O.E.

- In order for us to commence processing your job-card, we ask that you sign the quotation and email back along with your official purchase order.
- We require a 50% deposit and balance prior to delivery, unless an account facility is in place.
- Once above is received, we will then process an artwork approval form, this needs to be signed and emailback.
- Please note that the job-card will only be processed once the signed quote, purchase order and the POP for the deposit and the artwork approval form is signed and returned to us.
- Pantone colours (where applicable)
- Any other specifics that we would need to be aware of in order to get your layout accurate first time around.
- Please supply artwork in the appropriate vector format. (CDR / AI / Editable PDF), All images to be hi-res
- Logos to be supplied in full colour (CMYK) or in Pantone, or provide us with CMYK/Pantone colour breakdown.
- Artwork not provided in correct format and with colour references will have to be redrawn and charged for accordingly.
- When running any digital or litho print(process printing), colours will be matched as close as possible to Pantone colours or swatches supplied, we cannot guarantee a 100% colour match.
